Thank you so much! It's almost entirely perfect -- ideally, the first
letter of the "Fine" would be aligned with the left edge of the staff 
rather than the first note. Other than that, it's wonderful. Thanks

PS: However, \zcn gave me an "undefined control sequence" error. I 
still seem to be using musixtex.tex version 1.15, which came with my 
current installation of MikTeX. Can I upgrade to version 1.19 
(assuming this is still the most recent version simply by replacing my 
copy of musixtex.tex, or are there other files that must be updated at 
the same time?
