I've added a definition of \cHpause n, which generates a
"centered" H-rest, with the number n above it. Also, an
abbreviation \centerHpause n for \centerbar{\cHpause n}.
These macros are more convenient that using \Hpause... and
\centerbar{\ccn9{\meterfont n}} separately, and ensure that
the H-rest and the number n of bars of rest are perfectly
aligned.
