Don, creating yet more work for an already overworked man is the last thing I wish to do. I was hoping that people who regularly use PMX could help me with a feature newer than say 15 years old, since that is more or less the snapshot of PMX that got frozen into M-Tx. André's recent exhibition of virtuosity opened my eyes to the existence of PMX users that operate on a noticably higher plane than I do. As for this piece, I have decided that the original composer should have doubled all note lengths and made four-bar phrases. It looks ever so much better that way, allowing more flexible line breaks too. Fortunately the operation involved little more in the M-Tx source than telling the editor to replace all 4's by 2's, all 8's by 4's and all 1's by 8's, in that order!
