No explanation or fix yet. It looks like PMX is getting confused about which dot to move. Must be related to the fact that the G was automagically moved to the left because of the A in the chord. You could take advantage of that and enter “g43d zad+0+1 zcd” to move the g dot 1 notehead width to the right. That would line them up like Jean-Pierre wants. But that’s obviously not a very good long-term solution. Stay tuned.
