Hi all I'm wondering how a title like in the Psalm 42 example in the mtxdoc.pdf (https://icking-music-archive.org/software/mtx/mtxdoc.pdf) can be successfully compiled. I'm trying to run musixtex with all possible parameters, but nothing would work.
Running musixtex psalm42 returns
! Undefined control sequence.
\mtxTitle ->Psalm 42\\{\textit{\normalsize Ainsi que la biche r\’ee}}
Running musixtex -l psalm42 returns
! Undefined control sequence.
l.14 \nopagenumbers
So how do you set smaller subtitles in M-Tx?
