It's very difficult to diagnose your problem without having an image of the
score you're trying to produce.
When I run what you sent, PMX stops at line 521, with the error message
ERROR in line 521, bar 96 In grace, expected "a"-"g"

The grace note command is missing the 2nd grace note. But there's more of an
issue here, because the next command is a dynamic and those cannot come
before any regular (not grace) notes. When I simply add in an extra note to
complete the double grace, and also remove the "Dmf", then I get an error in
the timing. Sorry, but I'm not ready to try to untangle what the timing
should be, without having an image of the score.
Did you get the same error on the double grace? If so, why didn't you simply
fix it and move on? I assume you do have an image of the score so you should
know what you want, and I assume you have a PMX manual, so you should be
able to correct the syntax errors that XML2PMX evidently inserted.
But if you send the image, I'll have another go at it.

Particularly about staff-crossing beams. The file comes from a previous XML
-> PMX convertion with Dieter's fantastic XML2PMX.
