Hello Andre,

thank you for the suggestion.

The PMX file was generated with Dieter's xml2pmx program from valid ABC notation via conversion to valid MusicXML, and the ABC notation is the main source. The original peace contains more bars with this type of triplet. So modifying the PMX input would be a tedious task.

Nevertheless, a solution for this problem might be useful for a possible improvement of xml2pmx.

Your solution prints a 6-tuplet while the original score uses a triplet.
I was already able to fix this by appending "n3". With this change the first bar looks like this:

% ( 1| 1| 1) 1
 \zcharnote{12}{\metron{\qu}{80}}\ [ g24x6n3 a4 b4D c5D ] [ a44x3 g4 f4 ] /

Is it possible to get the two 1/8 notes beamed?

A minor problem is the collision of the tempo specification with the triplet bracket. I didn't test yet if such a collision would also occur with the full original score.

Best regards,
Bodo
