Also, if you want to make this work with lualatex, then put in a htlualatex
that sets it up so that anything fontspec related is ignored.
And if you want it to work on newer biblatex styles, my understand is that
they all moved away from taking the style as an option to the biblatex
package to now be included as a package of their own, such as
\usepackage[...]{biblatex-chicago}. At least for me it wouldn't work with
tex4ht that way.
