Follow-up Comment #1, bug #268 (project tex4ht):
There is an updated fix, as was issued in discussion in linked question, my
patch would still fail for Biblatex ver. < 3.00, because \ifnum doesn't like
decimal points. So we should define \blx:ver:no to be integer, like just `2`.
Fixed patch is attached.
