The spaces at beginning of the line remains. We can get somewhat
interesting result with a following .cfg file:

\Preamble{xhtml}
\ConfigureEnv{Verbatim}{\NoFonts}{\EndNoFonts}{}{}
\Css{div.fancyvrb{font-family:monospace;}}
\begin{document}
\EndPreamble

and without conversion to Unicode:
