Follow-up Comment #9, bug #352 (project tex4ht):
I've fixed some issues with Babel, notably Russian support and some text
encoding issues. There are more issues though. Greek is broken and accents are
lost with LuaLaTeX if you use `\selectlanguage{russian}` and then select some
other language.
