Follow-up Comment #1, bug #470 (project tex4ht):
Thanks for the report. This seems more like a issue in TeX4ebook, the content
of macro used to print author in the metadata was set to warning message when
Amsart class is used. It should be fixed in the development version of
TeX4ebook now.
