Follow-up Comment #1, bug #483 (project tex4ht):
Hi Alex, thanks for the report. It seems these combining characters were
declared in unicode.4ht. I've changed the definition to use normal characters
instead, when it was possible. The fix is already in TeX4ht sources, so it
should be available soon.
