I found it conflicts with lualatex/pdflatex also when loading longtable package:
I am not surprised, I guess it will break lot of packages when it redefines \hline and \cline.
So it is of no use for me, since I use longtable everywhere. I am trying to find alternative package, which makes dashed lines in array like this does, that would work in tex4ht and pdf mode, and causes no problems.
It is best to use custom CSS with TeX4ht. Each table table, row, column and cell have unique ID, so it is easy to style them.
