rungs is a Lua script which does nothing else than passing the
arguments to either gs (on Unix) or gswin32 (on Windows).

rungs is needed because TeX Live provides config files which contain
Ghostscript command lines and there can only be one such config file
for all systems.

The actual processing is done by Ghostscript.
