Did someone say Icicle?
This fell from my Amateur Radio Tower today... Along with about 80
lbs of ice that accumulated over the past couple of days from a
freezing rain... There were build ups up to 2" in places
For more than 6 hours I heard crashes on my roof (Good thing it is a
metal roof)...

Does anyone know if geologists/mineralogists have looked into this for
stalagtites/helictites? Could helictites be more "salty" than normal
soda straws?
