She has also served as a Board Member and Secretary for the Indiana Department of Homeland Security SAR Training and Advisory Committee since 2005. Jessica will be discussing several situations regarding Small Party cave rescue. Some of the topics will be: -- Do all cave related accidents and injuries require a call out? -- How do I know if, and when I should call for outside help? -- What can I do to help facilitate a safe and efficient evacuation of an injured caver? We'll take a closer look at these questions to determine how we can help an injured caver exit under their own power and the training qualifications that are available.
