The rappel is an "extra" that you buy a separate ticket for, much like their zipline. I visited this cave a couple of years ago during the NCA convention. I did the zipline twice, the cave tour (very short) once, and the rappel not at all. But other convention participants did, and I have photos and video to prove it.
