This hole should be checked out. I wonder if it may be Pinon Cave?
Well, if you assume the reporting is accurate (a stretch these days on
any news), then it's not Piï¿œon. That drop is barely 20 feet. Plus, the
upper end of Hay Canyon is around 11 miles NW of Piï¿œon.
Perhaps, Bob Rodgers (cc'd) can provide more info on location.
