Update: Mal had a pretty rough night. Her brain pressure spiked and her brain 
fluid had to be drained multiple times. The day was pretty stable, only having 
to be drained once. Her white blood cell count is high, so they're doing some 
cultures to see if there's any infection. We've had better days, we've had 
worse - Mal will prevail!
