What I didn't see on the website that left me curious was if the treatment
would affect the optics in a Disto or a camera, or if the higher energy/heat
in strobes would destroy or damage the coating. In any case, it is pretty
cool and a movement in the right direction for cavers' needs.

I saw the video on their website about how they apply the treatment (vacuum
deposition, from what they show), and I wondered also how they manage to
waterproof the speakers, connectors, around the "home" button, etc. But they
do show videos of a working phone being submerged in water. I'm very curious
about this!
