The public meeting will start at 6:30pm in the Carlsbad Public Library Annex on Tuesday, September 13th. The Library is located directly across the street from the Guadalupe Ranger District Office. You are invited to attend and / or make comments via email. We will start the meeting with a short presentation about the Cave Program and then listen to public comments about subjects like: white nose syndrome policies, recreational cave access policies, trip leader requirements, volunteer opportunities and other topics.
