Ah good, thunderbird stores mail in the mbox format, so you should be able to zip up those folders and send them. I don't know if it stores by imap folder or not. Details as to where your profile should be is at http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Thunderbird#Windows_Vista.2C_7.2C_and_8.1
