Ah good, thunderbird stores mail in the mbox format, so you should be able
to zip up those folders and send them.  I don't know if it stores by imap
folder or not.  Details as to where your profile should be is at

I dunno about you, but i've been multi-tasking all morning, dealing with 2
customers and email problems.
