I'm sorry, it's a pain, but I'm still fighting the anti-spam measures of Yahoo, Aol and Hotmail/Outlook.com. For those of you who aren't being affected, those three big email providers, as well as some smaller ones, keep marking this email as spam, and those users start bouncing mail, and the list serve takes them off the list after so many bounces. I'm continuing to monitor the issue and working through ways to resolve it. Hopefully soon, we'll be able to add names back to the reply-to, but for now, I cannot.
