Folks, Edwards Aquifer Authority is pleased to announce that Dr. Petar Milanovic and Dr. Neven Kresic will be the Authority's next Distinguished Lecturers. The lecture will be held on Thursday, July 14th at Southwest Research Institute where both Dr. Milanovic and Dr. Kresic will be presenting. The lecture will start at 9 am and will extend to around 4 pm. Cost of the lecture is $20.00 for the public and $10 for students. This includes lunch as well as refreshments.
Dr. Milanovic and Dr. Kresic have authored numerous books and papers on karst hydrology and have worked on applied karst problems around the world. Registration deadline is Tuesday, July 12, 2011; however, attendance will be limited and I expect a long waiting list. I would recommend that you register early.
