Nope. Every 100 years, leap year is skipped, except that every 400 years
(e.g. 2000) it is added back. Feb 29, 2000 was the second ever leap
century day. The next won't be until Feb 29, 2400.
Odd what random things I know, yet I can't remember what I had for
