All:

I talked with Corky Fernandez - (575) 447-1007 - with High Country Realty.

He has been out to the property only one time with the auctioneer.

The only High Country Realty I could find in NM is located in Ranchos
de Taos.

Location details, 21 pics, mileage, and a map to the property can be found
on the auction web site
under, "Lot Details." It seems to be southwest of the Big Tubes Area.

The cabin is a real fixer upper.

I tried to get an idea of the property's estimated value from Corky, but
all he said is "it will sell."

Kind of sounded like that not matter how low the bid it would be taken.

I did not ask him if there were any caves on the property.

Sam
