An important part of registration is the liability release to be on the property. TCR is not in the police business and we will not be going around and checking for wristbands. Part of the registration fee is cover those who don't register. The bottom line is that if you don't register, you are there and everyone else paying for you. I hope everyone can come on out and enjoy the fun, festivities, and friendships. TCR has lots of great door prizes and contest prizes. We have some great contests lined up.
