That's strange.  The USGS Earthquakes website listed two tremors  that 
occurred on April 28th :
 
M 4.3 : 36 miles SW of Sierra Blanca, TX;  Depth - 6 miles
 
M 4.1 : 41 miles S of Fort Hancock, TX;  Depth 6 miles
