There was a bit on NPR this morning about it.  There will be a river-worthy 
ferry operated by a park concession and a hi-tek visitor's/immigration center.  
Digital scanning of US passports and biometric confirmation of Mexican citizen 
ID's are just some of the bells and whistles we can expect as early as 2012.
