This person will serve as the Forest Cave and Karst Specialist. This will be a permanent full time position located on the Guadalupe Ranger District in Carlsbad, NM. Caving is a very popular activity in the Guadalupe Mountains. The incumbent must be able to use climbing equipment, ropes, and descending and ascending equipment when entering and exiting caves. Please pay close attention to the closing dates.
