Hi All, 16 of us went to the movie after the Central AZ Grotto meeting last night. We had a quite enjoyable time and the movie was much better than I expected.
I wonder how many incidents this would come to if they were reported in the ACA.. grins and good caving to you all, Ray ----- Original Message ----- From: Karen Perry To: [email protected] Sent: Friday, February 04, 2011 6:55 PM Subject: Re: [SWR] James Camerons' Sanctum Don't know if I would want to associate with such a bad representation of caving. I mean let's count how many basic rules of caving are getting ignored & broken on a constant level not to mention how piss poor a trip leader the head of the expedition is......... It's a sad movie.......no pun intended......well maybe a little lol Karen --- On Fri, 2/4/11, Mike Bilbo <[email protected]> wrote: From: Mike Bilbo <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [SWR] James Camerons' Sanctum To: [email protected] Date: Friday, February 4, 2011, 3:50 PM Grottos might consider approaching theater managers about setting up a table for education with gear and literature, etc. Managers tend toward showmanship, less these days than late 20th Century, but they still might go for it. Would also help straighten out any issues and set record right. May get new members too.
