This attractive property is apparently about twenty miles west of Deep/Punkin and appears to be on the east bank of The Devil's River. At $2,947. per acre, it isn't cheap and is somewhat remote for the majority of cavers. This is also rocky desert country with limited tree cover. A better buy may be less acreage, say no more than 50, but more centrally located. Keep looking for as Gill said, there are probably dozens of places that meet the criteria.
