At the UT Grotto meeting Wednesday night I'll have copies of two new
books from the Association for Mexican Cave Studies for sale:
AMCS Activities Newsletter 33, June 2010, 126 pp. $10 softbound.
AMCS Bulletin 21, Marcus Gary's dissertation on the Zacatón cenotes in
Tamaulipas, 114 pp with color illustrations throughout. $14 softbound.
There will be hardbound versions of both those books available for $20
and $24, respectively. Unfortunately, they aren't scheduled to be
delivered until Thursday. If you might want a hardbound instead,
please hold off and don't buy a softbound just because they hardbounds
are a day late.
Both hardbound and softbound versions of both books will be available
at the Pond Party at Stricklandia on Saturday. I'll also have some of
recently published AMCS Reprint 11, the Mexican field trip guidebooks
from last summer's International Congress of Speleology, for $10. I
won't be actively peddling books from a table (it's a party, after
all), but will have them in my car. -- Mixon
