We contact potential speakers months in advance of the event, but when
the day of presentations arrives, it's a bit nerve-wracking for us as
we're never 100% sure that our presenters will show up! Fortunately
all went without a hitch and the site used (a local church) for the
talks was excellent. I think it was the best A/V setup we've used in
years; many thanks to Lyndon Tiu and Joe Datri for their help running
the A/V equipment.
A big thanks to all who came to the Convention and also to Ellie for
organizing the event and being such a gracious, smiling hostess. If
you missed it this year, you missed a good one.
