The journalist fails to mention that such a list had been posted on the
internet before, but that they were challenging the previous list:

I don't see how that journalist mistook New Zealand for Austria. Possibly,
he got the info off a a New Zealand travel web-site, and just didn't read the
article. The only thing "amazing" is that the article has not been
corrected yet.
