Seems only fair that if e-copies are essentially free, vs. snailed copies that cost a good bit,
those who demand hard-copy should pay the freight. The rest shouldn't have pay for their
indulgence; that would be like (gasp!) health insurance!
They would also save Mark's remaining sanity (if any) as well as money in the long run if they
printed their own.

Point taken. Get a color laser printer that prints head-to-head. At Staples, they have a
genuine HP wireless model for $400, or a Brother for only $300, and they put them on sale
