I just learned a few minutes ago, that an old caving friend of mine from Texas A&M had passed away a few years ago.
His name was Mason Estes. He made a trip to Huautla in 1987, but most of his caving was with the A.S.S. to caves near Bustamante, and west Texas. I will try to find an obituary, or get more details. If you knew any Aggie cavers back around 1986, he was the one with the deep froggy voice.
