[Texascavers] TSA project curious question

I suggested in the early days of the CBSP and other Projects that they
charge everybody $1 every time. It's no burden on the caver but it builds up
pretty fast when you have 20 or 30 cavers each time. There are always
supplies and equipment that are needed: new surveying gear, ropes, GPS, map
printouts, etc that require some capital outlay. I don't know how many of
them do that now--what, both or all 3 of um.
