Folks, I'm pleased to announce that the Edwards Aquifer Authority's next Distinguished Lecture will be by Dr. Will White, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Geosciences at Pennsylvania State University and Dr. Bet White, Retired Senior Research Associate with the Department of Civil Engineering also at Pennsylvania State University. Will has authored 426 journal articles and 10 books including his 1988 textbook, "Geomorphology and Hydrology of Karst Terrains. Bet is a fellow of the American Association of University Women and has published more than 50 journal article and co-authored the Book, "Karst Hydrology: Concepts from the Mammoth Cave Area" with Will.
They have both been active in karst research for more than 50 years and will be speaking on the topic of Karst Science in the 21st Century - Accomplishments and Directions.
