For those interested in the latest high-tech caving lights, there is a new European LED lamp that looks similar to the upgraded Sten. It is surprisingly inexpensive compared to similar lamps on the market. Not many details yet as it has not actually been offered for sale. It looks like it was designed specifically to be compatible with those throwbacks still using a ceiling burner (more common in Europe since they have more need to stay warm).
