I posted something about 2 years ago about a new mosquito repellant on
the market.

Since caver's encounter mosquitos in some karst areas, it is important
to have a good repellant - for example certain areas of the Sierra Madres.

According to the following web-article, we may have even better repellants
in a few years.

The researchers believe that a chemical called "N-acylpiperidines" is
important and they
have narrowed down to 7 related molecules that they plan to test before reaching
a conclusion.
