What is to stop Hillary from running for president as a 3rd party candidate?
Couldn't she possibly defeat both Obama and McCain in a 3 candidate race? Or would that act of arrogance just get everybody ticked off. I think she choose that option before accepting the role of vice-president. After all, how many v.p.'s in U.S. history have ever done anything notable while they were in the office of v.p.? Zero, right. They only acheived something when the president passed away, and even then few of those ever did anything remarkable. What if there were a 3 way race and McCain got 30 percent and Obama 28 percent and Hillary 26 percent? That would be interesting from a political science viewpoint. Right?
