The Houston area has a new fancy cruise ship terminal. It is called the "Bayport Cruise Terminal"
Construction appears to be finished and they are just putting the finishing touches on it. Unfortunately, they can't convince any ships to come to it, and rumors are that it will be at least 2009 before the terminal authorities have a cruise company willing to dock at the new facility.
