This is probably old news to some of you, as I recall it being mentioned
on CaveTex about 2 years ago, after I posted a trip report of taking my
family there.
A conservation group in Mexico is working to protect natural habitats.

I saw on the web somewhere that they were working on a project at a cave
south of Monterrey, called "Cueva la Boca."
According to their web-site, it clearly says they plan to buy this specific
cave.
