We at GHG are very proud of our excellent chef, Tommy Joe. He burned his ear as well as his hand and arm but pulled off a fine dish nonetheless. BTW, no escargot was in the dish. There were plenty of interesting seafood items that I didn't think I would like, but it was, indeed, quite tasty. Sid
