HEY CAVERS and FRIENDS,
This is your last chance. I know you're all rested up after a nice relaxing
weekend in the hot tub and tubing, surveying and climbing so come to south
Austin's cave district off of S Mopac and Davis Ln.
If you're a volunteer or wanna be a volunteer for the TCMA / Barton Springs
Edwards Aquifer Conservation District's 6th Annual Cave Day event please email
me direct or call me (512-289-1336) re: equipment and setup for Sat.

Volunteers so far: we can use more folks w/rope knowledge to rig and help get
kids into gear.
Would everyone but, Bill M and Bill R contact me, pls. either by phone or
email, before Thursday.
Bill Mixon- books etc.
Justin Shaw-rope, vertical equip
Dave Ochel- vertical help - email me if you can bring equipment
Gary Franklin- vertical help-rope and equipment
Drew Thompson- vertical help-rope and equipment
Thomas Hallock- general caving or vertical help
Bill Russell- Get Down Cave station

we have several volunteers from the Capital Area Master Naturalists, whom I
have worked w/before and they are stoked to man the cave entrances, so cavers
can concentrate on vertical if we have enough help and equipment to pull it off.

I'm still looking for help, a few hours, or for the whole event (9-4) if ya
can't help, come on by and visit for a bit. Need directions:
