My Honda Fit has passed 45,000 miles with no maintenance issues.
I am on my 2nd set of tires now. I put on bigger tires to try to get a better ride, so my gas mileage will probably go down from 32 mpg in the city to something like 29 or 30. I still haven't driven it much on the highway, so I can't report anything on that. I bought a scooter last year, hoping to save some money on gas. You may have noticed, it has rained a few days recently. So I haven't been riding it. So, I haven't saved any money. On the hybrid newsfront, I haven't seen any new hybrids lately, I have heard there is a new Saturn hybrid sedan, and some states are supposed to have a Nissan hybrid Altima. But can't confirm that. On the diesel newsfront, The only diesel SUV I have seen lately is the 10 cylinder Volkswagon. I haven't seen a Jeep Liberty diesel in almost a year, and Jeep hasn't imported them in for longer than that I think. Everybody in Houston, appears to be buying flex-fuel vehicles. I still haven't seen an E-85 pump yet, and I drive about 200 miles a day all over the Houston area. In summary, I have nothing new to say.
