Hi Mark!
In Photoshop you can use the "elliptical marquee tool" and then just
select that (holding shift down makes a circle) and paste it somewhere
else, or inverse the selection and erase everything outside of it (you
don't even need to be careful, the eraser won't erase anything inside
the circle).

Does anyone know how to crop a circular piece out of a photo? All
of the crop tools I have seen start at a point and draw a rectangular
box as you drag with the mouse. I'd like one that starts at a point and
draws a circle as you move outward, or something equivalent. Any help
greatly appreciated.
