I bought gas at a new Buc-cee's station today for $ 2.89 ( & 9/10 ).
I assume they just wanted to lure people into their new store. It is high tech. They have a touchpad screen to order gourmet deli sandwiches next to the pumps. Inside there is all the latest ammenities, like a fancy coffee and bagel shop, and fudge wrapped in fancy paper and more touchpad order screens. Video cameras are set up at all the pumps so Big Brother can watch you. But there is no E-85. [ I still haven't seen an E-85 pump yet, and I have been keeping my eyes open for one. ] Nor did I see an free internet station. At least diesel is finally cheaper than gas. Did you see something in the news this week that Chevy and Saturn's hybrid vehicles would not qualify as fuel efficient vehicles under some proposed bill, because they don't provide enough % of fuel savings?
